Síndico do COMEL é agredido durante cumprimento de decisão judicial
Mauro Domingos esclarece a confusão ocorrida, quando a corrente foi cortada e o cadeado arrancado do portão de entrada para o setor de chácaras na 4ª Etapa, conforme determinou a Justiça

O síndico do COMEL (Condomínio Mansões Entre Lagos), Mauro Domingos, foi agredido, na tarde dessa segunda-feira (13/04), quando cumpria decisão judicial (liminar), que determina ao condomínio manter aberto, por completo, o portão de acesso à 4ª Etapa. O agressor é Arildo Ribeiro Jorge, morador de uma área de chácaras na vizinhança do Entre Lagos e advogado do autor da ação.
Antes disso, na terça-feira (07/04), Mauro determinou a retirada das correntes e cadeados do portão, conforme a decisão judicial, mas no fim de semana, funcionários da segurança do condomínio informaram à Administração que o portão havia sido trancado novamente com correntes e cadeado. Ciente da interferência, o síndico foi pessoalmente, acompanhado de um dos funcionários do condomínio, para cortar a corrente, provavelmente recolocada por chacareiros insatisfeitos com a abertura do portão.
No ato, o agressor e a esposa ficaram enfurecidos e decidiram partir para cima do síndico, que após ser esganado, dentro do próprio carro, se sentiu ameaçado e sacou uma pistola (o síndico é militar da reserva e tem porte legal de arma).
Filmando tudo com o celular, segundos depois, a mulher se posicionou em frente ao veículo, que já estava funcionando e praticamente em movimento. Tentando impedir a saída de Mauro.
Logo após a confusão, o casal acionou a Polícia Militar. O grupo envolvido foi para a 6ª Delegacia de Polícia no Paranoá. O casal divulgou as imagens nas redes sociais e os moradores do condomínio reportaram em diversos grupos de WhatsApp, promovendo uma grande repercussão do caso.
