A Administração do Comel (Condomínio Mansões Entre Lagos) está empenhada em transformar o residencial em um exemplo de sustentabilidade ambiental. Neste mês de abril, a Associação Recicla Mais Brasil chegou para implantar a coleta seletiva. Aos poucos os moradores estão se acostumando com a nova rotina e, cada vez mais, demonstram consciência da importância da participação de cada um no tratamento adequado do lixo e no cumprimento das leis que obrigam as novas medidas.

“Estamos otimistas , pois é uma grande conquista estarmos prestando serviço em um condomínio com um potencial imenso. A nossa expectativa é poder alcançar a todos os moradores com a implantação da coleta seletiva. Sabemos dos desafios, principalmente em tempos de Pandemia”, comentou Núbia Rodrigues, diretora financeira da Recicla Mais Brasil.

Condomínio Sustentável

Para complementar a coleta seletiva, o Instituto Arapoti, com o Programa Condomínio Sustentável, começa a atuar no Comel. O programa consiste em apoiar a implantação da sustentabilidade de forma completa (coleta seletiva “lixo zero”, compostagem, captação da água da chuva, reúso de água, energia limpa, tratamento de efluentes, horta comunitária e o acompanhamento desse processo de transformação dentro do condomínio).

O instituto tem programação até abril do ano que vem. Entre as atividades previstas em contrato, estão incluídos: treinamento dos funcionários da administração, oficinas, palestras e aulas práticas.

“Estamos empenhados para tornar o Condomínio Mansões Entre Lagos um modelo de sustentabilidade. Na primeira fase vamos fazer o plano de gerenciamento de resíduos, adequação da coleta seletiva e projeto piloto de compostagem”.
