Ibram autoriza a continuidade da obra da bacia de contenção do Comel
A previsão é que os trabalhos recomecem nos próximos dias e a expectativa é concluir a obra até o final de outubro deste ano

O projeto de intervenção na bacia de contenção, apresentado pela Administração do Comel (Condomínio Mansões Entre Lagos) ao Ibram (Instituto Brasília Ambiental) foi aprovado, em 18 de agosto e a retomada da obra autorizada pelo órgão.
A previsão é que os trabalhos recomecem nos próximos dias. A Administração abriu um chamamento das empresas interessadas no serviço. Após a aprovação do Conselho Fiscal, a organização contratada será divulgada aos condôminos, assim que o processo for concluído. A expectativa é concluir a obra até o final de outubro deste ano.
O Comel possui duas bacias de contenção, inicialmente os trabalhos terão como foco a Bacia 1, localizada na 3ª Etapa, próximo ao balão na descida para a 4ª Etapa.
Histórico
As fortes chuvas de 2018 provocaram estragos em várias casas da 4ª Etapa. Isso porque a bacia não conteve o volume de água, terra e material rochoso, que desceram para a região. Por causa do problema, a Defesa Civil do Distrito Federal notificou o condomínio naquele ano a tomar providências. Com ações ineficientes, o problema não foi solucionado e residencial foi notificado novamente, em 2019. A Atual Administração contratou um engenheiro para fazer o levantamento e o projeto. Em outubro de 2019 a proposta foi submetida à Defesa Civil, que orientou que o documento também fosse apresentado ao Ibram.
As obras foram iniciadas mas, após denúncias de moradores, o Ibram exigiu a requisição de Autorização Ambiental.
A Administração do Comel realizou algumas obras paliativas que, apesar de amenizar os efeitos das chuvas, se mostraram insuficientes diante do volume de água que caiu em 2019. Ciente da gravidade do problema, em agosto deste ano, o Ibram emitiu autorização para a continuidade das obras, em caráter de urgência.
