Dengue: agentes da Vigilância em Saúde finalizam vistoria de prevenção em residências do Comel
Quase todas as residências foram vistoriadas. Falta inspecionar, ainda, algumas casas fechadas. Os agentes irão visitar esses imóveis acompanhados de um chaveiro e funcionários da Administração

Os agentes da Vigilância em Saúde, que iniciaram as vistorias nas residências do Comel (Condomínio Mansões Entre Lagos), em 25 de maio, finalizaram os trabalhos, nesta segunda-feira (15/06). Foram cerca de 20 dias de mutirão de prevenção ao mosquito Aedes Aegypti. A equipe de pouco mais de 15 agentes da Diretoria de Vigilância Ambiental em Saúde (Dival) do Governo do Distrito Federal encontrou resistência por parte de alguns moradores.
Na avaliação da chefe de Núcleo da Dival, no Paranoá, Zeneide Alves, mesmo com as constantes campanhas de conscientização e orientação, alguns moradores recusam as inspeções periódicas da Vigilância em Saúde. “Isso não acontece só no condomínio. Há muita recusa. A gente faz um trabalho educativo, mas as pessoas perecem não ligar muito. Foram encontrados focos em casas resididas. Então, a impressão que dá é essa. Encontrar foco numa casa que tem morador?”, questiona, Zeneide. Além da falta de conscientização, os lotes sujos e abandonados e as casas fechadas, também oferecem riscos de focos do mosquito.
Outro problema são os jardins. Ainda tem gente utilizando pratos nos vasos de plantas – sem areia- e as bromélias, que acumulam água, não são higienizadas. As piscinas mal cuidadas também representam perigo.
Piscinas
Segundo Zeneide, as piscinas abandonadas nas residências fechadas são as mais propícias ao acúmulo de água, mas nas piscinas utilizadas o mosquito também pode se proliferar. “Se a quantidade de cloro não for adequada, se o piscineiro colocar menos do que o compatível com o tamanho da piscina, o mosquito pode colocar ovos nas piscinas”.
Bromélias
“A gente recomenda um jato d’água bem forte. Por que ela forma um copinho, que fica cheio de água. Se fizerem isso toda vez que for molhar, os moradores não vão ter problemas com as bromélias”. No caso dos recipientes com plantas, a orientação é sempre lavar a vasilha, porquê o mosquito pode depositar os ovos no local. “Tem que passar uma bucha por dentro, nas laterais da vasilha”. No caso dos pratos embaixo dos vasos de plantas, é preciso colocar areia, furar o prato ou, então não usar mais. Se a pessoa quiser usar, no mínimo é preciso manter limpo e seco.
Zeneide Alves lamenta o descuido dos moradores, não só do condomínio, mas de outras regiões do DF. “É falta de cuidado mesmo. Se cada morador tirar 10 minutos por semana para dar uma olhada no quintal para verificar se tem alguma coisa acumulando água. Seja uma garrafa, pneu ou calhas. Infelizmente as pessoas não se atentam. E elas sabem disso, porque, há anos a gente passa falando a mesma coisa”, comentou.

Zeneide faz um alerta em relação a cachorros com leishmaniose. Segundo ela, há uma grande incidência de animais com a doença no condomínio. “Se o mosquito picar um cachorro doente, vai levar a doença para outros animais”. A recomendação é que os donos dos cachorros coloquem uma coleira repelente no animal, para evitar a aproximação dos mosquitos. A leishmaniose não tem cura. A Dival realiza a eutanásia dos cachorros doentes. Zeneide explica que, antes de levar o cachorro no local, o dono deve realizar o exame em uma clínica particular.
