Assembleia aprova prestação de contas da Administração
Os condôminos irão escolher entre as chapas 1 (Somos Entre Lagos) e 3 (Avante, Comel!), na eleição deste domingo (08/11), a partir das 8h30 e às 9h haverá assembleia para deliberar sobre o pró-labore do síndico

A equipe da Administração, que encerrou o mandato, nesta sexta-feira (06/11) teve as contras aprovadas pelos condôminos em assembleia realizada, neste sábado (07/11). Mas até chegar ao resultado, houve tumulto por um pequeno grupo de apoiadores da gestão anterior. O que não impediu as deliberações.
Durante o evento, muitos moradores fizeram comparações em relação aos diversos problemas enfrentados durante os longos 16 anos da gestão do antigo síndico Adilson Barreto. Durante suas explanações, o síndico, Mauro Domingos e o subsíndico, Adenir Pinto, além do presidente do Conselho Fiscal, sr. Abel e os integrantes da banca de advogados também destacaram todo o trabalho que tiveram para colocar o condomínio nos eixos.
A conselheira fiscal, Aline Azevedo comparou o tamanho do balancete do síndico anterior com os demonstrativos da Administração que está terminando o mandato.

A chapa eleita em dezembro de 2018 encontrou os cofres vazios e em um ano de trabalho conseguiu somar R$ 80.478,15.
Relação de confiança
O trabalho da Administração ganhou a confiança do condôminos, que passaram a manter as taxas condominiais pagas em dia, com a esperança e o desejo de viver dias melhores. Com o apoio de todos e a responsabilidade com que os recursos foram utilizados, a nova equipe, que será eleita, neste domingo, terá um caixa de R$ 911. 871, 92 mil para continuar contando a nova história que começou a ser construída.

A Chapa 2, que teve a inscrição impugnada por problemas de inadimplências da maioria dos componentes entrou com um processo na Justiça enquanto acontecia a assembleia, às 15h25. Competentes e atentos, os advogados da Administração agiram rápido e a resposta chegou ao final do evento. A Justiça manteve o indeferimento da inscrição da Chapa 2. Os condôminos irão escolher entre as chapas 1 (Somos Entre Lagos) e 3 (Avante, Comel!), na eleição deste domingo (08/11).
O síndico, Mauro Domingos foi parabenizado por muitos pela dedicação em meio ao grande desafio. O condômino, que viveu a experiência como síndico pela primeira vez, agradeceu a colaboração de toda a equipe e reafirmou a grandiosidade do condomínio e que o residencial, ainda tem muito o que melhorar. “Isso aqui é uma maravilha. Mas é um condomínio, vamos dizer: em formação”, disse.
Adenir Pinto foi o subsíndico e companheiro inseparável do síndico nas tomadas de decisões e na pacificação entre os condôminos, quando necessário. “Quero agradecer ao apoio de todos os funcionários, que nunca nos deixou na mão. A comunidade foi determinante para que nós conseguíssemos fazer o trabalho que nós conseguimos fazer”. Comentou, lembrando de duas vitórias importantes. “Uma foi política e a outra jurídica. Uma sem a outra não seria possível alcançar tudo que alcançamos”. Adenir destacou a satisfação em receber o apoio de tantos moradores e reafirmou que gestões como a do passado não terão mais o aval dos condôminos. “Essa assembleia de hoje deixou definitivamente estampado na história desse condomínio. O passado não volta mais”, finalizou sob aplausos dos presentes.
