A Administração convida os comerciantes do Comel para reunião sobre adequação à gestão de resíduos

O encontro será virtual, na próxima quinta-feira (30/07) às 19h. O objetivo é tirar dúvidas e orientar os comerciantes sobre a nova forma de gestão de resíduos no condomínio, buscando se adequar à Lei Distrital 6.518/2020, que obriga a compostagem para pessoas jurídicas de direito público e privado e condomínios residenciais ou comerciais

O Instituto Arapoti, a Associação Recicla Mais Brasil e a Administração do Comel (Condomínio Mansões Entre Lagos) convidam os comerciantes do condomínio a participar da reunião virtual, na próxima quinta-feira (30), à 19h, sobre adequação à nova gestão de resíduos do COMEL e principalmente adequação à Lei Distrital 6.518/2020, que obriga a compostagem para pessoas jurídicas de direito público e privado e condomínios residenciais ou comerciais. Além de adequar à Lei Distrital dos grandes geradores de resíduos 5.610/2016.

A Administração quer propor uma parceria com os comerciantes para que não haja ônus por parte dos estabelecimentos. Para isso, será necessária a adequação ao modelo de gestão de resíduos do condomínio, assim como já ocorre com os moradores.

A intenção é possibilitar que os comerciantes do condomínio façam a separação adequada, obedecendo os dias de coleta de cada tipo de resíduo para que não seja necessário arcar com os custos para o descarte. Os resíduos orgânicos serão compostados na horta comunitária do condomínio.

De acordo com a lei, os grandes geradores de resíduos (comércios que produzem 120 litros de resíduos por dia) são responsáveis economicamente e ambientalmente pelo descarte dos resíduos gerados em seus estabelecimentos.

Mesmo os que não produzem um grande volume de resíduos devem se adequar às regras de coleta do condomínio, como foi ensinado no treinamento na sede da Administração, no último dia 11. Grandes geradores ou não, devem separar os resíduos em três recipientes, o orgânico, o reciclável e o rejeito.
